The 21st/22nd of September 2024 saw the season finale for Lamonde Racing's 2024 campaign at Brands Hatch. The British Motorcycle Racing Club (Bemsee) book-end their season at Brands, which is considered their spiritual home.

Round 6 of Lamonde Racing's 2024 campaign with Bemsee was held at Snetterton in Norfolk, the second round this season at the track.

Going into this round, Matt, #9 had his sights set firmly on the Thunderbike Sport championship, it would be possible to clinch the championship on Saturday as he'd started the weekend with 481 points, and closest rival, Tony Russo 164 points behind on 317.

Matt qualified on pole with a fastest lap of 2:01.231 and brought home the win with a 9.110 lead over Tony…

We took the decision after many years to change our audit company to a UKAS accredited organisation for our ISO 9001 renewal; more and more companies are asking for audits to be carried out by a UKAS accredited organisation. We selected ISOQAR, and whilst the standard remains the same, there were of course adjustments to be made in terms of audit expectations and methodology, which explains the near four month gap in our certification, rest assured, the lack of current certificate did not change…

Last weekend was Round 5 for Lamonde Racing's 2024 season with the British Motorcycle Racing Club AKA Bemsee held at the iconic Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire. Cadwell is referred to by some as the "mini Nürburgring" with it's tight turns and changes in elevation, it is easy to understand why. Perhaps the most famous feature or Cadwell is "The Mountain", which is a sharp rise onto a plateau where bikes often wheelie or "get air".

Practice and testing on Friday was in ideal racing conditions, however…
