The Season finale for 2025 was held at Donington Park 18/19th October.

Matt #9
Matt spent the Friday test day instructing, something he has found immensely rewarding, especially when the improvements in lap times delight his students.

Leigh #8
Coming into the final round, just one point separated Leigh(#8) and Terry Smith (#69), so all to play for 6th and 7th in the championship. Leigh qualified 10th, behind Terry. In the race, Leigh brought home 8th, ahead of Terry (10th). Saturday afternoon's race saw Leigh come in 10th, again ahead of Terry (11th).

Sunday was due to be wet at some point, with rain expected mid-morning. Leigh's first race on Sunday was dry, and he brought home 8th, ahead of Terry's 10th, widening the points gap a little more.  The final, rather wet race of the weekend and the season saw Leigh get his best result of the year, coming in 4th. Garage mate, Greg Pymm clinched 3rd.

Tom #74/174
Tom treated himself to a new bike, and Aprilia RS660, classified as a "Supertwin" and as such eligible to enter the twin class run alongside Thunderbike Sport, which Leigh races in. The Aprilia, whilst a bit down on power compared to much of the 600cc sportsbikes running in Thunderbike Sport, is extremely nimble and agile, making up for its power deficit with corner speed potential. Tom ran #174 on the Aprilia and was pleased with his results for a first race weekend on this machine, bagging a 7th & 8th in Saturday's  Supertwin races. As Tom does not yet have wets on wheels for the Aprilia, he did not race this machine on Sunday.

In his main class, Clubman 600, Tom qualified 7th for Saturday's 14 lap race, and crossed the line 5th. Move forward to Sunday, and a very wet race, Tom was up into 3rd place and spent a couple of laps trading places, when on the last lap the back of his bike stepped out, firing him out of the seat. Somehow he stayed onboard and, more importantly, upright over gravel and grass, rejoining just in time to cross the line 7th. With the bruising on his leg from the tank, and the unfavourable conditions, Tom called it a day after this race.
