These 18mm DC-powered (10-30V or 15-30V) inductive proximity sensors detect the presence of ferrous metal objects at standard sensing distances (up to 8mm); other metals may reduce detection range. These popular-sized threaded-barrel sensors are available with 2m pigtail cable or quick-disconnect.
