12mm harsh-duty inductive proximity sensors detect the presence of ferrous metal objects at several sensing distances (up to 10mm); other metals may reduce detection range. These rugged threaded-barrel sensors are available in ratings up to IP69K, and are available with 2m pigtail cable or quick-disconnect.
