We endeavour to process all orders as soon as they are received. Orders received at weekends and on national or company holidays will be entered the next business day. Please note that credit verification or shipping issues could result in a delay in processing. If you need to make a change to your order please call Sales immediately. While we constantly strive to keep a wide inventory of products, you may order an item that is temporarily out of stock. If this occurs your item will be placed on backorder and shipped when it is available. Email will be sent to you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
